PENDING .NET framework SCCM ADR Updates

Hello All,
My SCCM has .NET 4.5 and few devices has 3 or even 2, and I don't want to update .NET framework on all those devices.
Now my issue is that, without setting any ADR SCCM is updating .NET on all devices.

How do you know SCCM is pushing those updates when you say you haven't added those to ADR.

I am not sure about that, i thought devices are connected and SCCM has 4.5 .NET, so it might be pushing the updates.
Is there anything else possible?

Can client computer pull the update without sccm permission?
