All,
The SCCM set up i am trying to manage is all installed on one box, i have noticed that some but not all applications located in D:\sources\<subfolder> fail to download and install(i'm new to this so bare with me). I have searched for whom should have permissions to the root folder and inherit permissions to all folders / files below but have seen conflicting results, some saying 'everyone' and some saying no-one and some saying the PC account that hosts SCCM ?? (how do you add a computer account i can only add users or groups, unless i add the sccm computer to a group ?? Very confusing ! We currently have a whole host of groups and people given all sorts of permissions and i'd like to clean that up so the question is whom or What should have what level of permission to this repository of software that is shown as available in Software Centre ?
