Hello,
We created a Intune windows hello for buisness policy and have set pin expiration on it. Is there a way to set or create a notification for the user when the pin will expire. Would like to prompt user to change this 15 days out.
Thanks

I haven’t seen that notification yet. Why are you setting a PIN expiration? Is this a requirement from your organization?

Hi,
Yes they require expiring pin. They want send out notification to users ahead of this and also I need to find out why a expired pin still works when logining in on network for a time where the non prem login with pin fails.
Thanks

So we have a requirement that we set pin expiration. We want to let users know when their pin will expire 10 days prior. We have set the hello policy to be user based. I am looking to see if anyone has had a way or any luck in creating a remediation script to do this. Since the policy is user based the pin data is all stored under tenant / user sid data Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Policies\PassportForWork\Tentant info here\Sid here\Computer\policies\pincomplexity
Thanks for any help
