PENDING Turning off Windows Fast Startup feature via settings catalog

We have got some Dell laptops on which we want to disable the fast startup feature. I went to settings catalog and there is no specific option for managing fast startup. My question is, can we disable the feature using settings catalog or is using powershell script the only option?
