SOLVED Unable to Upgrade from 1606 to 1702 - Failed to calculate hash

Hello,

I hope someone here can help me or point me in the right direction.
I try to upgrade our SCCM to 1702 and after having resolved all the Pre-Req check problems, I am now stuck in "Installing" state. I ran the pre-req check manually and it came up green. The package is downloaded (serveral times now), "EasySetupPayLoad\E0DF5BB8-B4C8-4553-9B55-133E36536A35" folder is there and filled with 1,81GB of data. CMUStaging folder is populated with a dir for the patch (E0DF5BB8-B4C8-4553-9B55-133E36536A35) and there are 18 subfolders (0000040C to 00000c0a).
Hman inbox contains a 2.esc file in CFD Folder. All 3 folders are shared.

Hman.log shows only a generic error message: Failed to calculate hash

I found that one as well, unfortunately all folders are shared. I went so far as to share with "Everyone" with RW access. No change. But thanks for looking!

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but the UNC path (if it is one) is not correct:

THAT ACTUALLY DID IT.
It is not enough that the folder is shared, there has to be a defined Share especially for this Folder.
