Our PC department recently purchased an entire fleet of new Dell PCs that we don't have driver packages for (QCS1250). When our working task sequences run, they immediately fail on the Partition UEFI step....I'm assuming HD drivers are missing. Did some research, saw to download the Dell Command Utility. So I pulled that down and installed on our SCCM server (v2409). When I click it, I immediately get the "Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement has stopped working" error. More reading says that this is b/c there's an error with some xml files in v2409 regarding http vs https, and editing those files will fix the error. Problem is, I don't have those files (Microsoft.BDD.SCCM_CreateBootImage.xml and Microsoft.BDD.SCCM_ImportTaskSequence.xml). The folder paths don't even exist. OK...so if I update to 2509, I should be able to use the DCU, but when I attempt to upgrade, it has been stuck on "Checking Prerequisites" for 8+ hours. Reboot, restarting the service, none of it clears it up.

So basically I have multiple issues, trying to get the end result of simply being able to image the new Dell PCs. Open to suggestions and assistance. FWIW, I inherited this server, so I'm doing what I can with what I have. Thanks in advance for your help!
