NEW SCCM Windows 10 update from 1803 to 1909 fails with errorcode 0x4005(16389)

Hi,
I have a error from tasksequence, when i try to do an SCCM update in software center of windows 10 version 1803 to version 1909 Spanish Language.
Its works here at my office (Headquaters in Denmark) but not in our office in Spain, from the distributed content server.
I have tried to figure out what is causing the error but im not able to read any direct or meaningfull causes in the smsts log file.
I cant upload the logfile in the thread, due to its size so here is the link for the smsts.log file:

hi, why dont you use servicing plan? use windows update instead of Task Sequence? you can also use Microsoft Connected Cache to cache the updates in your Spain office.
