SOLVED SCCM Client won't install in new network

Hi, I've been going around in circles the past couple of days trying to work this out.

I've created a new network 10.2.5.0/24. SCCM will not successfully install the client on any machine within this network. I've added this network to AD Site and Services, which then pulls the new network into the SCCM boundary. Firewall rules are wide open and nothing is being blocked. It creates the c:\windows\ccmsetup folder but doesn't copy the .msi setup files across

If I move this machine into another network the client installs successfully.
The BITS service is running,
I added a NIC on the SCCM server in the same 10.2.5.0 network to see if avoiding the firewall helped, it didn't change anything
I've enable the Windows Firewall, that didn't help either.

I'm just wondering if there is something simple that I might have missed?

Did you check your BITS config for that computer?

Yep all looks normal. I'm assuming the the issue isn't related to the local machine as when I change networks the client installs successfully

The original issue was caused by our company firewall, it had some antivirus or packet inspection enabled. I had to disable all packet inspection/AV

Copy all the Doesnt Exist file from any working machine and paste it over the same path and reinstall the client.
