PENDING SCCM Cas Log Errors Failed To Delete Directory

Good Day All

Please excuse me as I am still new to SCCM. I am currently trying to uninstall SCEP for one of our clients using SCCM 2012.
I have followed this link https://prajwaldesai.com/how-to-uninstall-scep-client-using-sccm-2012-r2/
to create and deploy the package.
The status of the deployment shows devices In Progress, one of the descriptions show "Download Failed (retrying)" and the other descriptions show "Waiting for content".
How can i troubleshoot these messages to check whether or not the script is actually being downloaded and if SCEP is being uninstalled on the client machines.
I have not had even one success with the deployment running since Friday the 25th August.

Error: DeleteDirectory: - Failed to delete Directory with Error 0x00000003

Error: DeleteDirectory: - Failed to delete Directory C:\Windows\ccmcache\ with Error 0x0000002

These errors are not the ones that can lead us to solution. Are you deploying the software as required and is there a check box on the deployment checked to install outside of maintenance windows?. If not, it will use the user defined maintenance window specified in Software Center.
