Hello,

I have a few issues with my SCCM server and I beleive that installing 1802 may address most if not all my issues. Here's what I currently have installed update wise. How do I install 1802? It's been on downloading for a week now. Should I keep waiting?

First, copy the tool in %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Configuration Manager\cd.latest\SMSSETUP\TOOLS
Second, open the Powershell with admin privileges and set the commands below:
cd %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Configuration Manager\cd.latest\SMSSETUP\TOOLS
.\CMUpdateReset.exe -S SQLSERVER_FQDN -D CM_SITECODE -P Package-GUID
Your account must have full privileges on your SQL Server Database to execute this reset.

It says that the "-P" is incorrect.

The error indicates that the location is not valid, you can also copy the tool on your C partition directly and replace the first command with:
cd /

Then run the second.

In the SSMS, click on the (+) Databases to list all databases, the name starts normally with CM_***.

Thanks, Its looking like its going to delete the update and reinstall it. Should I do this for all the updates? 1710, 1706, 1702.

I did the refresh on both the updates and servicing and it said it will take some time. Here is my DMPdownloader log:

Try to force deleting package update with:

CMUpdateReset.exe -FDELETE -S FQDN-SQL_Server -D CM_*** -P GUID_Package
After this, you must restart SMS_EXECUTIVE service on the Site Server and refresh the update again.

I am getting a blue screen now. Will try this once I fix the blue screen.

I went into Configuration Manager and noticed that the updates are showing but have not been installed yet.

However, in the DMP downloader log it keeps saying "HasIntuneSubscription: Site has no Intune subscription."

It's good now, just wait the download of the 1802 package, after this, run the check for prerequisites then proceed to the upgrade.
