Hello

I am trying to build a new deployment for an application on our organization.
i am deploying the app to a test workstation using device collection.
After the first successful deployment , i am unable to redeploy the application. The Deployment monitor display that the device was already successfully deployed (Green Circle ).
I tried:
1)Deleting the deployment and re-create the deployment but it did not help me..
2) system restore on the workstation to the point in time before the first deployment.

I would like to know if i can to re-deploy a successful deployment to the same device (Workstation).

If you have deployed an app to the device collection, you need not deploy it again. Just add computers to the collection / use query to add computers to collection. I am more curious to know why this step didn't work - "Deleting the deployment and re-create the deployment but it did not help me.."

When i redeploy to the same device (using device collection with only this device ) its says on the deployment monitor that this device is already successeded . Is my only option is to rebuild the application/package ?

That will only happen if the detection method that you have configured reports that the Application is already installed.

You should check the detection method and see whether it is true on the device.

if your collection is static, go to Deployment - Scheduling tab - Rerun behaviour - Always rerun program.
