PENDING Multiple Problem with SCCM 1702

Hello,
I am recently having so many problems with my SCCM 1702
Version - 1702
Console Version: 5.00.8498.1711
Site Version: 5.0.8498.1000
1- My all deployment stuck in progress and no particular error message is distmgr.log file
2- Cannot get update on SCCM
3- even all agents sets for automatic update , and console setting for all agents to get updated in 5 days still agents are not getting updated,
I search and research again and again but still no go.
if you can provide any help on this , that would be great.

are the boundaries and boundary groups in place ?. I the DP associated with the boundary group ?.

I have everything working as normal along with boundary groups and DP associated with each boundary group,

I have just check the component on server and 2 component at critical stage,
SMS_DISTRIBUTION_MANAGER
SMS_PACKAGE_TRANSFER_MANAGER

after restarting SMS exe service on server this changed to warning but no deployment successful,
DP received the package but from DP to workstation is not working,

So my clients are getting stuck at unknown stage, and not getting any updates from SCCM, is this client issue or SCCM DP issue? I cannot figure this out,
please help, if you need any logs please let me know.
