PENDING MDT Deployment Share folders visbility

Something that I cant wrap my head around. When I browse to my deployment share with \\Servername\sharename I see many many folders from previous applications that were made for deployment of software packages. BUT when I remote desktop to his same server and drill down to the E:\DeploymentShare\Applications there are only a few folders in there? WHAT THE HECK AM I MISSING?

When you RDP to that same server, try accessing the same path - \\Servername\sharename and let me know what you see ?.

Actually I'm not even RDP'ing. I connecting to it under Hyper-V so I'm actually logging on to the server virtually locally. I only see a handful of folders. But when I browse to the same folder I see plenty

Strange, can you upload the screenshots if possible ?. If i am correct accessing \\Servername\sharename from another computer and by logging in to MDT server should same set of folders.
