PENDING Intune deploy MCM client with error code "0x87D1041C"

Hi Support,

I use Intune to create the application to deploy the MCM client in the AAD joined device. It have error code "0x87D1041C". The client installation didn't complete (no GUID) even I have approved it from the MCM server side. How to fix the error to deploy the mcm client?
