NEW Database replication Issue between CAS and Primary.

Hi

we have two primary sccm server in our env, and global and site data replication has failed.
when i run the Replication Link Analyzer i get "Replication initilization is on progress for another link on site CAS"
"clean up change tracking records"
i only have options to skip these rules.

can anyone suggest on how i can resolve this?
