SOLVED Configure EndPoint protection to allow an exe blocked

Hi, i use endopoint protection sccm 2012 R2 as "antivirus" and it blocked this exe.
how can i do to allow/permit this ?

why do i feel that is a firewall window and not endpoint protection window ?.

i've resolved creating a Windows Defender Firewall Policies and addind exlusions to Antimalware Policies (under \Assets and Compliance\Overview\Endpoint Protection\ on sccm console)
