SOLVED Automatic deployment rule failed with error code 0X87D20417

I am facing issue on one ADR rule with following error 0X87D20417, below is the logs captured

Kindly suggest how I have fixed this issue

What does your wsyncmgr.log say? Are you failing to do synchronizations completely?. I would suggest you delete the ADR and create new one and test.
