you need to check why are the clients showing up inactive status in the console. On the client machines check the ClientLocation.log and ClientIDManagerStartup.log if there are any errors, which are preventing the clients to connect to the Management Point.
Yes, i see the client agents are installed but are not talking to management point. Those log files should also reveal the reason for this issue. You can upload the log files if you want to.
have the same problem, did u fixe it ?We are using windows server 2012 r2 standard operating system & ALL devices clients activity status is INACTIVE.
Kindly provide the solution .
