You don't need any SQL Query, just check in Monitoring, System Status, Status Message Queries.

There are a lot of queries to get who change what.

I checked the status message queries, But I just want to more customize with a custom query.

You can customized status message queries too. Just write your own.

For SQL look at the builtin report and customized as you see fit.
