Kindly to help me.

Solution
Hi, you need to check why are the clients showing up inactive status in the console. On the client machines check the ClientLocation.log and ClientIDManagerStartup.log if there are any errors, which are preventing the clients to connect to the Management Point.

@melprince : As Prajwal said , check those logs and adding to that point...

You can check Either MP is working fine or not.. check this log also mpcontrol.log

I am experiencing the same problem, but on the clients I find that the majority of the expected Log files are not there. In the CCM\Logs folder I only have one file:CIStore.log The ClientLocation.log and ClientIDManagerStartup.log are not present! What is the best method for removing and reinstalling the client?
