I am experiencing the same problem, but on the clients I find that the majority of the expected Log files are not there. In the CCM\Logs folder I only have one file:CIStore.log The ClientLocation.log and ClientIDManagerStartup.log are not present! You can check Either MP is working fine or not.. check this log also mpcontrol.log
