Windows 2016 servers showing Complaint in SCCM and not receiving updates from SCCM. Windows 2016 servers updating directly from Internet.

ok, what have you done to troubleshoot this? Why are you thinking that they are getting update from internet? Have you reviewed your boundaries?

Very often in the Settings -> Update & Security section you can not see the patches installed.
Try use Powershell command Get-Hotfix and check installed updates.

Did you verify boundaries and boundary groups ?. Is the boundary group served by a valid DP ?.
