I have a Stigged win11 Virtual machine as a reference computer. Admin account no password and am trying to capture with capture media and It errors out at Prepare OS with error 0x00004005. It looks like it does not successfully run the SYSPREP command. Is there anything I may have done wrong or a Pre-Req missed?

Never tried capturing a windows 11 device... With windows 11 everything gets a bit dirty as observed during the upgrade of 21H2 to 22H2... My suggestion would be to run the commands manually instead of the task sequence and see if they works.
