PENDING W10 features upgrade with servicing compliant but not

Hi Guys,
I'm upgrading my W10 to the last 1809 build using servicing plan.

Some of my W10 are showing compliant in the deployment report, but not, they stayed in their old build.

For one computer I deleted "SoftwareDistribution" folder and restarted WU service.
But i've got no log in reportingevents.log file except this 2 lines :

Where can I find the "compliance" checking steps?

In CCM log files, nothing written about W10 Upgrade features..

Did you check under the monitoring tab this collection you are deploying the servicing plan to? Is the computer showing under the errors column or the compliant column. The logs you will need to check are WUAHandler.log and WindowsDeployment.log.

Is the servicing plan installing automatically or you have to install manually?

Yes it is the right collection deployed.
I'm using servicing plan with required deployment for my collection.

I checked logs but nothing seems help me under files..

Alright then lets take a step back and go over things to try and find what is the issue.
All the computers in this collection showing the same symptoms, like reporting compliant but they're actually not or it's only for some computers within the collection that experiencing the issue!?.

Check one of these computers that are experiencing the issue and see if there is $Windows~Bt folder on the root of the C:\ drive. Be aware this folder is hidden.

No, all computers don't have same symptoms.
Some are really compliants (they had been updated well, and $Windows~Bt folder is present), but for others which are not updated, no $Windows~Bt inside...That's why I really don't understand why these computers don't make the upgrade
