I have installed SCCM 2403, in the ADUC system management OU is empty. In one of the article says in the System Management OU SMS-MP-PS1-(Domain name) OU automatically created.

how to verify this one, Any help

There are no OU's created. You create a container for system management, and that's where the site information is stored. To view this information, open ADUC and click View > Enable the advanced features. Here you can view the system management container and its entries.
