PENDING User deployment doesn't works for one user

Hello,

I have a problem just for one user for now. I deploy Firefox on a user collection but for this user the deployment stay in unknow status.

My user collection is based on an Active Directory group and it's work for the other user.

I try to uninstall and reinstall the client on the user computer but no result. Which lof file can I check ?

Is it a required or available deployment?
Have you tried to log on the same machine with another user?

You mean the client agent install isn't working fine ?.

thanks for your response.

It's a required deployment. I try to connect with my account and it's works.

The client agent install works fine. I have uninstall and install the client without problem. I think the problem come from AD account but I don't know why...
