PENDING Upgrading to 2002 Failed to call AdminUIContentDownload. error = Error -2146233079

Need help with the following issue:
SCCM update from the console? I am not seeing 2002 as available in the console. Checking the dmpdownloader.log I can see the following errors:
ERROR: Failed to download Admin UI content payload with exception: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. SMS_DMP_DOWNLOADER 6/5/2020 7:40:15 AM 18516 (0x4854)

I am guessing network closed something, but I need to tell them what needs to be open.
