SOLVED Upgrade SCCM to 1910

Hi, We are running SCCM 1806 which I would like to upgrade to 1910

I would like to know if 1910 support Windows 7 and 8.1, Manage of it?
Can you build Windows 7 and 8.1 machine from 1910?

Since Windows 7 is NO longer supported, no version of CM support Windows 7.
Windows 8.1 is supported until January 10, 2023 .
