PENDING Windows Autopilot reset failing for remote devices

We are trying to perform Autopilot reset, and it's failing on two remote devices. The end users have confirmed that the devices are online and no errors with Intune service. What else can we do to fix this issue?

Hello, are the 2 users entitled to perform a reset ? Do those to users get an error on their screen ? Is there GEO blocking policy in place ?

Please verify the status of Autopilot reset under device action to confirm the pre check like device online status, Bitlocker and mdm logs if you have access also check if any action is pending
