SOLVED Upgrade SCCM 2409 Error information persisted in the database

Dear All

I am trying to update SCCM to version 2409 but when it comes to upgrading Configmrg Database it reports a lot of errors. I have tried to fix it in Database and now there is 1 error ERROR: Failed to executive [spCMUAddMonitorMessage N'HAN', 0, 3, 1] to save site status. CONFIGURATION_MANAGER_UPDATE
Failed to report status 30001 CONFIGURATION_MANAGER_UPDATE
I have granted permission to the administrator account in the database table but it still doesn't improve.
Can anyone help me with any ideas
