Hi All,

We have disabled the store access to users via Intune. However the MS store app is still present on the taskbar for a user. What can we do to remove the store from taskbar?

Solution
Hi Harshit,

This can be done from a configuration policy through Intune.
When creating, choose settings catalog, and under settings picker then find the following:

administrative templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar -> Do not allow pinning Store app to the taskbar (user)

This will do so the user can't pin the Store app, and if the store app is already pinned it will be removed.
Hope this helps you on the way!

Best Regards
Tim
