Hi guys, First Question so please be nice :)

So, we have a test environment where we have a full SCCM/AD/SQL/Exchange.

I need to uninstall the SCCM (outdated 180 day trial) and reinstall a new more up to date version of SCCM.
I have to be able to do this without effecting the AD (which is a clone of the corporate AD with all assetts) so that i can have full "corporate" test environment when i install the new SCCM.

I am aware of the link https://www.prajwaldesai.com/uninstall-sccm-primary-site/ to uninstall SCCM primary site. However im unaware of any "gotchas" or any specific things i may need to do (or leave, or delete, or not delete) or not do so that once SCCM has been uninstalled i can re-install a new SCCM without damaging the currect existing AD/Exchange/SQL set up.

I hope i explained myself properly and i appreciate any help you guys can give me.

Many thanks,

Mark

You can install new version of SCCM, jsut remember to use the new site code while installing. Yes you can use the above link to first uninstall sccm primary site. If you face any issues, we are there to help.
