PENDING Uninstall IE 10 and Push IE 11 from SCCM

Hi,

Thanks for very informative post on SCCM. I have followed all your instructions to deploy the IE 11 using sccm. Once pushed to the clients I can see it is in software center but once reboot it's showing as installed. IE 10 already on the system... so I need to uninstall IE10 on the same go using sccm while installing IE11.

Ideally it should upgrade IE10 -> IE11. I am not sure why you want to uninstall IE10. As i remember IE10 uninstall requires a reboot to get uninstalled properly.

Hi Charitha,
You can not parallely do the Uninstall IE 10 and Installation IE 11.

Agreed with Prajwal and even IE11 requires a restart too..

If you are packaged the application then , put the upgrade logic to install IE11 automatically with reboot require...
