SOLVED Unable to run SCCM SQL reprts

Good Morning,

A few days ago I noticed that the services for my SQL server with red and where not listed on the reports tab, so after I restarted them all seem fine. But now that I am trying to run report I an getting errors. Did my SQL got corrupted or what? HEre is a copy of the details that I get on the error:

Account lockout ?.
 
Ok, I figured it out. I changed my domain password and never updated on the SCCM, hence why it was giving me the error. Once I updated it, all worked fine.
