SOLVED Unable to remove distribution point role

Hi, I tried removing the distribution point. I've removed the PXE and Distribution points from the server via the usual way in the sccm console. However I am still unable to remove the site server by right clicking it and hitting delete. Is there a way to force remove the DP ?.

You need to wait for sometime, the role will get deleted automatically.

Okay how many minutes do I need to wait ?.

i would suggest atleast 30 minutes
