I'm currently having issues with applications not showing in Software Center after updating to 2207. (I have also updated once more to 2211 now)
When I deploy new computer this issue seems to appear, for the currently installed machines it seems fine. I've attempted to reinstall the client, redeploy the computer ect.
I have verified that the computer is in the correct collections, however when I use PolicySpy.exe on the client computer it doesn't show anything. It says "No policy available at this time".

Anyone that have any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this? Most of my applications are deployed to device collections.

User collections seems fine.

A quick little update:
I just deployed a new Package to a Device Collection and that did now appear for me to install.
So I installed it and it was successful.

Another finding:
I have done some testing and redeploying the applications/packages to the device collections make them appear again, both for newly installed devices and older devices.
Is there an easy way to just redeploy all the applications that is out to devices today, or will it be a manual job?

Have you been able to resolve this issue Sveinung?

Your symptoms seem to be the same as we are experiencing, I have also done some of the same troubleshooting as you and found the same results.

Thanks in advance!

are all the hotfixes installed for that version?

Hi everybody, let me dig up this old thread. I am currently experiencing the same issue and can't figure this out. We are on 2509. Applications deployed to user collections work fine. Device collections don't. If I "Update content" or re-create the deployment, the applications suddenly shows up. After I reinstall my device, though, everything is gone again.. I am not sure if there is some other mechanism that informs the device that a new application has been deployed, compared to what is already available? If somebody has an idea what to look for I would really appreciate it.
