SOLVED Unable to push or manually install client

I have resolved some other errors like unable to get configuration from MP error 404. This lead me to setup the certificates like your how to shows. this resolved this error but not I'm getting the following error that I can't seem to locate where the issue is. Any help is appreciated. I have 1 server running SCCM and SQL.
