PENDING Unable to Deploy Notepad++ error code 0x80070483

I am unable to deploy NotePad++ I followed the same but I am stuck, the error I am getting is
The software change returned error code 0x80070483(-2147023741).
The Boundary groups are set correctly.

I have attached the log file.

Are the other apps deployed without any errors ?. Is this issue with deployment of Notepad++ app only ?.
