Scenario:
SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 (I have only Primary Site)
Helpdesk users successfully connect SCCM admin 2012 R2 SP1 console but same user is login from different AD site then he gets the error “Configuration Manager cannot connect to the site”.
I have multiple AD sites where users connect and working fine on other applications only SCCM admin 2012 R2 SP1 console produce error.
Please specify steps in detail becasue, I am new for SCCM 2012 R2 SP1

Yes, only changing the IP it is fixed, after reverting the IP issue is same no sccm console connect, I also check your attached blog link, and found DNS entry in the DNS and there is no impact found on edit host file.

right now i want to remove remaining client push installation client from SCCM to avoid the bandwidth choking and required a design document to eliminate this problem in future.
From another AD site, is the SCCM server accessible ?. I mean can you ping the sccm server from other AD sites ?.

From another AD site, are you trying to access with RDP to the Site Server or from another computer that has the administrative console installed ?

Check if you can resolve the FQDN of your Site Server from another AD site (with a ping as proposed by @Prajwal Desai).

Yes, from other AD site i will access SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 computer, as well as ping and also successfully trace route command. but unable to find out the root cause why SCCM admin console not open from other AD site client computers.
Is there any entry which is required to enter the SCCM site server to allow other sites computers taken remotely SCCM admin console.

Here is attached error snapshot, would you like to confirm how i determine it is network restriction error / SCCM permission, because i successfully telnet from other site client computer to my SCCM server with ports (3389. 135, 2701) but 2702 port is not open even though 2702 is not open on local sccm host.

I see that it's not a connectivity issue. I believe you are using the same console version in the other site. I remember I had dealt this before but don't remember the exact solution. Could you try running the console as admin ?. It is worth checking SmsAdminUI.log to see what's the error if any.

Bro Thank you very much for your prompt response, and i will update you shortly. please inform what is the process for contacting you is any email / contact no, once again thank you for your guidance.

Dear Sir,
Problem has been resolved there is restriction from network side, but still i m not able to prove restriction is from network side, just change the IP SCCM admin console is open from other sites, please advise how i prove this to network team, as early informed in above post Telnet is fine, Ping is fine, trace route command is fine on previous IP but SCCM admin console is not opened from different AD sites.

Because just shuffle the IP, I change the IP then RDP come with no time as well as SCCM admin console is also open with other AD site, after i applied the old IP same problem is occurred RDP is deadly slow, no SCCM admin console connected. It might be there is some restriction on that IP (Ex: advertising traffic / bandwidth limited )for eliminated network chowk. (it is my assumption)

I think you can check this with your network team. I don't know why are you changing the IP address of SCCM this often.

But i found my DNS entry is valid and good and also it is resolved by host to IP and IP to Host, and the actual problem was on that IP console was not opened.
