SOLVED the windows deployment services server service terminated unexpectedly

Hi,

i have having some issues with the WDS service after enable WDS thru the PXe option in the DP. In the eventvwr is see "the windows deployment services server service terminated unexpectedly.......". I have followed your documentation but i still fail to start the service. would you be able to shed some light?

You could try installing this hotfix - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2905002/en-us?wa=wsignin1.0

ISSUE DESCRIPTION - "After you enable the PXE Service Point role on an instance of a specific distribution point, or you select the Deploy this boot image from the PXE-enabled distribution point property of a boot image, the Windows Deployment Service (WDS) stops running"
