Hi,

Been using the forum for a while for bits and pieces relating to SCCM, however, the time has come where the issue I have is beyond my knowledge and would appreciate if I could have some advice and guidance.

We currently have an SCCM server setup within our organisation with 1 site. It is currently running SCCM 2012 SP1 version 8239.1403 and has the latest Windows 10 ADK, MDT and Dell Command & Configure applications installed.
The hardware that we use with our SCCM server is 100% Dell. Previously we have been able to and still can image Dell hardware via the legacy boot process which works like a charm and saves us a huge amount of time. This works with the older spec Dell Latitudes E5450's, E5470's etc, however with the newer spec Dell laptops (Latitude 5480, 5591's etc), we have run into an issue whereby our task sequence for imaging machines with Windows 10 won't work as the legacy boot is not compatible and these newer grade machines require it to be installed via UEFI. I found this out by manually testing and imaging the machine outside of using SCCM.

I have attached a screenshot of our task sequence and currently out of ideas as to how we can get this to work with machines that require imaging via UEFI. I have found numerous articles relating to using a took to convert the disk partition to GPT which is required for UEFI but am at a loss with doing this. Using the task sequence above we get an error at the highlighted step when trying to image these newer spec Dell machines.

I am happy to provide any log files as to where the build process fails when running one of these newer grade laptops via SCCM if that helps.

Many thanks,
Has
