I have a common setup for Windows 10 Software Updates, Do I needed all updates about Windows 10 ?

In that case you can go with just Windows 10. If there is anything specific such as Windows 10 language packs, then select it and sync.

Ok, if I have a Windows 10 as English or Swedish I will select Windows 10 Language packs.
I understand that,. What is the others options ?

Anniversary, Creators and Fall Creators are a different specific versions of Windows 10.
"Upgrade and Servicing drivers" option's is included the drivers and the upgrade packages.
"Windows 10 LTSB" if you need to synchronize the LTSB software updates.
