What happen if I apply that every 10 hours SCCM CB take software inventory, hardware inventory and every hour take software update audit?

perhaps the network Will be congested, which would be the best practice to apply in order to take data from hardware and software inventory and to take audit of Widnows updates?

any comments will be appreciated

you don't want to do that. particularly the sw inventory, since you can't guarantee that it will complete within 10 hours.
