PENDING SCCM Upgrade Checking prerequisites

Hi Prajwal,
In my Update and servicing page I can see two new versions available (version 1810 and Version 1902. But when I right click on it and try to install it all the options are disabled (grayed out). What could b the reason. Can I update the version manually? Kindly let me know how to fix this

The options are greyed out because the update is in "checking prerequisites" state. You must wait until prereq checks are complete. Go to monitoring node > update installation status > right click the update and click show status.

This update was downloaded last year. But nothing happening.
Can I mannualy update it?

Even Version 1902 was downloaded. But all the options are grayed out.

Can I do the upgrade manually?

I was trying to follow the upgrade according to your tutorial. But the link to the update file is not working

That's very strange. Did you reboot the server once ?.
