PENDING SCCM updates not reaching client

I have a problem in sending updates to windows 10 devices but I can send to them apps as shown in the screenshots and also I can send updates to windows server and updates been deployed but on windows 10 devices no updates appears and I tried to close antivirus and windows firewall

i have done some troubleshooting and found the following Error 0x80244017

You have review the log files on the client machines as well. You have deployed the updates manually but we are not sure of the deployment settings.

the same error code came from wuahanddler which log you want to review and the i have recently deployed windows server updates and it went and all servers updated

So the updates are deployed to servers without any issues and it's only the Windows 10 clients that have got issues ?.

Ok I re-read your initial question. So have you deployed updates like security, critical (not feature updates) to Windows 10 machines and tested if they appear ?.

yes only windows 10 and I can deploy applications on windows 10 without any problem as shown in the pervious screenshots

I've deployed both feature updates to 20h2 and sent also 1903 cumulative updates and 190 cumulative updates and nothing appeared
