PENDING SCCM task sequence stuck installing

Check the smsts.log file on your testmachine if you have any errors.

what are you deploying via TS ?.

its upgrade TS. we are upgrading from 1607 to 1803.After deploying it it is leaving _Smstasksequence folder in c drive. and i c drive there is tsenv.dat file is there. so to delete that I have added below registry in runonce at end of TS. is it effecting that?
REG ADD HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce /v "SMSTSCleanup" /t REG_SZ /d "CMD /C RMDIR /S /Q C:\_SMSTaskSequence" /f
