PENDING SCCM Server Console opening error

Hi,

When I clicked on any option in Software Library to my SCCM server, it gives me this error:




Thereafter I clicked on Debug option then get the following message:




Need support in that.

What if you install the console on your Windows Client and connect directly to the SCCM Server?
Check the Event Viewer for more details about this bug.

Hi,
Earlier i had opened the sccm console using domain admin account and now when i tried to open it with administrator (run a administrator) then this error doesn't come.
What could be the reason for this issue and how to resole that??
