SCCM running CB 2010
Last week, after I grant "Full Administrator" to a new SCCM administrator. the new admin can perform full administration actions except he cannot view any of the reports
this user was shown insufficient permission like below when he browse http://sccmdbserver/reports

Then, I found that the security of the SSRS folder was not updated adding the new credentials, like below (SCCMAdmin not added)

I believe that I should not touch the SSRS permission to grant missing right to my users since it should be done through the console, I think there is something going wrong between SCCM and the SQL Server.
SRSRP.log does not show any error, but a lot of log about deciding to keep a report and a folder or not like below.

Is there any way to repair other than reinstall the whole reporting point?
Thanks
