NEW SCCM reinstall, the task sequence always keep a bad configuration table on "Partition Disk 0 "

I recently ran into an issue on my SCCM 2016
when I create a task sequence with the wizard,. the default Partition Disk - 0 returns a 1TB fixed configuration.
I removed the SCCM and the SQL, did a fresh install, the bad Partition comes back.
I appreciate if anyone knows how to fix this configuration to SCCM default setting. Thanks
