PENDING SCCM precache error HttpSendResponseEntityBody failed with error 995

Hello, Everyone! I am new to this forum also new to SCCM. This is my new role so I am still trying to learn a lot. We configure a device as a precache but in the CAS log, there is a lot of HttpSendResponseEntityBody failed with error 995. This precache device is not being used by client within its boundary group during reimage. Read some other post and blogs, they mention about token/certificate. Not sure which certificate and how to check it. Please kindly advice.
