PENDING SCCM MP is not responding to HTTP requests

Hello,
My organisation is going to upgrade to SCCM CB and we have new server installed and configured (or at least in process of configuring). We have been using with success the old SCCM 2012. The new SCCM is on different server, SQL database is on different serever. In general, the new SCCM is installed alongside in the environment with client push disabled. Everything looks fine except for Management Point connectivity with clients. We are using HTTP (no certificates so far), SCCM "service" account has proper privileges both in domain and in SQL database, SCCM server computer account as well.
I have just noticed when pasting logs that time in IIS log does not match time from MPControl. Can that be an issue?
I am willing to change any settings and provide any more information that you think might come useful.


Now, to logs:

1) SCCM Component Status message:

Possible cause: Internet Information Services (IIS) isn't configured to listen on the ports over which the site is configured to communicate. Solution: Verify that the designated Web Site is configured to use the same ports which the site is configured to use. Possible cause: The designated Web Site is disabled in IIS. Solution: Verify that the designated Web Site is enabled, and functioning properly. Possible cause: The MP ISAPI Application Identity does not have the requisite logon privileges. Solution: Verify that the account that the MP ISAPI is configured to run under has not been denied batch logon rights through group policy.
